Billing and Payments Processor

About the role

We are seeking a Billing and Payments Processor to join our team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for accurately processing billing and payment information to ensure the timely invoicing and collection of funds for our service providers.

What you’ll be doing?

Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients on a timely basis. Process and record client payments, including reconciling accounts receivable. Liaise with clients to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies. Maintain detailed records of all billing and payment activity.

What we’re looking for?

Experience in a billing or accounts receivable role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Effective communication and client service skill. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
