Our Capability

Motor Car Insurance provided by Lacson & Lacson pays special attention to servicing your claims. Clients are allowed to choose any repair shop from our accredited list, numbering to 74 in Metro Manila and 57 in key provincial capitals, unlike other insurers who dictate which shop your car will be serviced in. The quality of these shops as well is not questionable: practically all of our accredited shops belong to the five or four star category.


While we also provide flexibility by allowing you to have your car serviced in a non-accredited shop on a reimbursement basis, the advantage of using our accredited shops is the assurance you get since the entire repair bill will be paid by Lacson & Lacson, save for the deductible and the depreciation for replaced parts, if your car is more than three years old. We also have options to insure such that you will not need to shoulder depreciation charges. If you meet an accident and your car requires repair, claiming against your insurance is as simple as bringing the car to the shop of your choice and advising us of this. From there, we work behind the scenes to ensure that our appointed third party appraiser immediately attends to your vehicle by reviewing damages, preparing the repair estimates, taking the required pictures, and stenciling the car’s chassis and motor numbers.



Once this information is passed on to us, we promptly forward our guarantee letters to the shop to enable them to kick off repairs right away so that your vehicle is up and running in no time. Other companies and insurers, on the other hand, have much longer turnaround times when it comes to issuing the letter of guarantee, which is vital to getting repairs underway. Mostly this is due to the fact that their letters of guarantee cannot be issued until full documentation has been submitted. As testament to the strength of our guarantees, we are able to get our accredited shops to work on your vehicle without the full documentation, which can be submitted while repairs are ongoing. This is further backed by the strength of the security provided by the insurers we work with who have agreed to pay for claims according to the assessment done by our appraisers.
