Textbooks define an insurance broker as someone who sources insurance for the risks you might have. But we don’t believe in just pairing up our clients with insurance companies and then just leaving the two to dance.

That means sitting down with you to thoroughly understand your business situation and analyze the risks you face. From there, we work with you to devise tailored solutions and structure your policies to protect you against those risks. Equally as important to us are claims, the true test of whether your insurance is effective. Most brokers leave their clients to handle claims on their own and place them at the mercy of the insurance company and the fine print. Lacson & Lacson, meanwhile, represents its clients in order to ensure that settlement of claims is fair and fast.
