We believe that one size does not fit all. Three arrows all of different heights represent you, our clients and your diversity, which is accompanied by various kinds of challenges and risks. At Lacson & Lacson, where possible, we prefer to sit down with you and analyze your risks before jumping into a proposal. Our solutions are tailored to your needs, the cover commensurate to the risk at hand, and not the other way round.

We believe that your security should be top notch. The ring protecting the three arrows represents our commitment to providing only excellent, top notch, high quality security. What we mean by this is that, similar to insurance brokers, insurance companies are also not created equal. And so, we are selective and set standards when it comes to the insurers we place your risks with.

We prefer that your risks are backstopped by insurance companies with a proven track record, financial capability, and a willingness to pay for claims where there is merit to the claim. Sometimes, this may lead to situations where a low price may be required to obtain the business. But our stand is that we prefer to pass up these opportunities rather than put our reputation on the line by dealing with a substandard insurance company.

We believe that claims are the litmus test of your insurance. Our logo is colored in red and blue precisely because these are the colors litmus paper uses to determine whether a solution is basic or acidic. We believe that a claim puts your insurance to the test, meaning the insurance we provide you is supposed to offer you protection from your risks. Claims can be tough so when a claim presents itself, no matter how big or small, we take full charge on your behalf of the presentation and negotiation with the insurer. Other brokers leave their clients to deal directly with insurers and their adjusters but we recognize that this is the most critical test of whether your insurance protects you or not. We step in to ensure that your losses are settled fairly and promptly. This is readily demonstrated in our day to day processing of motor and medical insurance claims, for example, where we put our money where our mouth is by advancing payments to our network of providers, all to make sure your insurance works for you.
